
Mat Pilates is a floor-based movement practice rooted in control, precision, and breath. At ālaya Wellbeing, it is taught as a mindful strength practice, shaped by Yogacharya Lalit’s emphasis on awareness, alignment, and sustainable movement. The focus is on building functional strength while staying connected to the breath and body.



When in-person classes aren’t possible, our weekly online Mat Pilates class allows you to stay consistent with your practice from wherever you are.
Classes are held live every Tuesday, with a 14-day playback available, so you can revisit sessions or practise at a time that suits your schedule. The format supports steady progress while remaining accessible and adaptable.
If you’re new, your first online class is free, offering space to explore the practice and experience the class rhythm before committing.
Practise from home, while travelling, or wherever your body calls you to move.
