Sinead’s connection to yoga began at a young age through an early interest in spirituality, movement, and holistic wellbeing. With over twenty years of dedicated practice, she later completed her Yoga Teacher Training before expanding into Yin Yoga, Reformer Pilates, Advanced Mat Pilates, and bodywork studies. Her classes combine elements of Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga, meditation, and mindful strengthening practices, helping students develop body awareness, resilience, mobility, and confidence through intentional movement.
