ālaya wellbeing Cork City Centre is a welcoming space where breath-led movement, strength, and rest are woven into every class. Teaching is guided by Yogacharya Lalit, whose Himalayan training has shaped decades of yoga education in India and Ireland, and is complemented here by mindful Pilates practices that support stability and awareness.
That lineage lives on through clear, thoughtful guidance that supports beginners and experienced students alike. In the heart of Cork, this tradition continues through a growing community, practising steadily, learning together, and finding balance within everyday city life.

A calm, well-equipped studio offering clear teaching, steady classes, and space to practise consistently.

Our City Centre teachers bring years of personal practice in yoga and Pilates, shaped by Yogacharya Lalit’s lineage and a commitment to attentive, individual-focused teaching.
Classes are guided with care rather than force, allowing each student to practise safely and steadily, supported in breath, alignment, and awareness across both yoga and Pilates sessions.
During the warmer months, practice extends outdoors with Yoga in the Park, a long-running community class held in Cork’s green spaces. These donation-based sessions are open, welcoming, and suitable for all levels.
Yoga in the Park reflects our belief that yoga is not only personal, but communal, supporting wellbeing while giving back through charity and shared experience in the heart of the city.
