Do I need prior yoga or Pilates experience to join?
No. Many of our students begin with little or no experience. We offer gentle entry points, clear guidance, and options for different levels so you can practise safely and confidently at home.
What if I’m not flexible or feel out of shape?
Flexibility is not a requirement. Our classes focus on strength, mobility, breath, and awareness, meeting your body where it is, not where you think it should be.
 How do live classes work online?
Live classes are streamed in real time, allowing you to practise alongside others while being guided step by step. If you miss a class, a 14-day playback is available.
 How long are the classes?

Absolutely. Many of our offerings are designed specifically to calm the nervous system, ease mental load, and help you feel more grounded and steady.
What equipment do I need at home?
Very little. A yoga mat is helpful, and simple household items can be used as props. Pilates and movement classes are mat-based and accessible without special equipment.
Can I practise from anywhere in the world?
