ālaya wellbeing Carrigaline is a light, welcoming studio created for people who want yoga to feel approachable, grounding, and part of everyday life. Set just outside the city, it offers a quieter rhythm, a place to move, breathe, and rest without rush.
Classes are guided by Yogacharya Lalit’s Himalayan tradition, alongside mindful Pilates teaching that supports strength, stability, and body awareness. Together, these practices are shared with patience, clarity, and respect for individual bodies and lives.

A supportive, easy-to-access studio designed to help you practise regularly and with confidence.

Our Carrigaline teachers are trained within Yogacharya Lalit’s lineage and bring years of personal practice in yoga and Pilates to the mat. Teaching here is attentive and human, with time for questions, clear explanations, and genuine care.
Students are supported as individuals rather than guided into fixed shapes, making each class feel safe, inclusive, and steady.
Yoga in the Park brings practice out into the open, gathering people in Fitzgerald’s Park to move and breathe together under the sky.
These weekly, donation-based sessions are open to everyone, creating a shared space where yoga feels simple, accessible, and kind. Practising outdoors reminds us that yoga is not confined to four walls, it is something we carry into the wider community, offering connection, presence, and quiet support to those around us.
