For many teachers, a 200-hour provides a foundation, but not always the confidence, clarity, or depth needed to teach with real authority.
You may already be guiding classes, yet still second-guess sequencing, adjustments, student needs, or how to teach beyond what you were first shown. Over time, it becomes clear that experience alone does not always create depth. At a certain point, more practice, more understanding, and more direct guidance become essential.
This 300-hour training is designed for that next stage.
It offers the time, structure, and Level 2 progression needed to refine your teaching, deepen your own practice, and strengthen the professional path you are building, through sustained, close study with Yogacharya Lalit and a learning environment that prioritises depth over pace.

This training is not about collecting more techniques. It is about refining how you practise, how you observe, and how you teach. You arrive with experience, but the early days begin to recalibrate attention, deepen consistency, and sharpen the way you work.
Working in close guidance with Yogacharya Lalit, the process is both steady and exacting. Practice becomes more precise, sequencing more intelligent, and teaching more grounded. Philosophy moves beyond concept into lived understanding. You leave with greater clarity, steadiness, and a more mature relationship to yoga as both practice and responsibility.

This programme is a Yoga Alliance RYS-300 recognised training. Upon completion, graduates may combine this certification with their 200-hour qualification to achieve RYT-500 status, supporting international teaching and professional recognition.
